Easy ways to carry your baby

Back carry (rucksack)

This position is unsuitable for a baby who does not have head control.

For a baby who is less than 10 months, I advise you to place the arms of the baby above the straps of the baby carrier so that the baby does not slip (position that becomes pleasant when the child has approximately 6 months). The child can completely put his arms inside the baby carrier once the baby carrier installed.

back carry (double crossed)

You can carry a newborn as soon as you feel sufficiently at ease. You can maintain well baby’s head in this position. It is a little difficult first of all because it asks training but it can be made on a bed for example, and/or accompanied by a third person to begin.

This position is very pleasant with a little baby. On the photographs the baby weighs a little more than 7kg (15,43 lb). When the baby is heavier the straps can tighten a little.

Korean way

You can carry a newborn as soon as you feel sufficiently at ease. It is necessary to position the baby low on the baby carrier if he does not hold his head yet all alone ; his ears must be at the level of the padded strap. When you cross the straps on your chest tie well them in order to maintain the head well.

It is a very pleasant position to make full of things. The straps under the arms, make no obstruction of the movements. It is the position which Korean use.
