To begin :

put the baby carrier on a sofa or a chair |

put your baby above, (his arms above the podaegi’s straps) |
3

sit down right in front |
4

place the straps over your shoulders like straps of rucksack |
5

lean over while supporting the baby’s buttocks |
6

rise pulling forward straps in one hand and lift baby’s buttocks with the other hand |

 still leaning pass one strap back on baby legs |
8

change your support hand and bring the other strap backwards |
9

cross the straps under baby buttocks |

 pass the straps under baby legs (or over it is up to you !) then pull the straps in order to adjust the whole well |
11

make a bow tie |

if it remains length of straps you can make a bow tie behind |

place the baby carrier around your baby and cross straps in front of him |

 hold the straps in one hand very firmly and support the buttocks of your baby with the other |

lift him on your shoulder |

once baby on your back uncross the straps |

pass the strap released over your head |

place your baby well then bring back the straps backwards |

cross the straps under the buttocks of the child |

pass the straps under the legs (or over) of your baby |
