Acceptance of the conditions
Any purchase on the site of Coréanne implies that you accept all conditions.

How to order
If you want to order paying by credit/debit card : click on 
button if you want to pay in EURO (€) or click 
button if you want to pay in POUND (£) under each item which will direct you on secured paypal pages. If you want to pay by cheque or bank transfer please send us a mail at commande@coreanne.com). Please do not forget to fill your complete address, the item and colour wanted. In any case, we will send you back a mail confirming your order.
Payment information :
- Paypal : using the shopping cart : click on “add to basket” button under items you’ll have the choice to connect to your paypal account or using directly your paypal account sending payment at : paypal@coreanne.com. In this case do not forget to fill all information needed
- Cheque : fill a cheque payable to COREANNE LTD (Pounds or Euros)

The treatment of the orders is done within 1 to 2 working days.
Items are sent after reception of your payment.
For the special order :
the time of manufacturing is about fifteen days and starts with reception of your payment.
Coréanne reserves the right to modify its prices at any times.
Delivery cost
Delivery’s costs are indicated under the price of each item. They relate to only European Union and Switzerland.

For other destinations than European Union and Switzerland : if you pay on line, you’ll have to complete your payment with a paypal account, cheque or bank transfer. In any case, we will contact you.
We remind you that orders made from countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees that are charged to the buyer.
Delivery period
The delivery is done by post.
The announced times are 5 days for European Union and Switzerland. The times can actually be longer (10 to 15 days). We cannot be kept representatives for delays these being independent of our will.
Return and exchange
If despite of our care you are not satisfied with the item, you can return it to us to your own costs in the 14 days following the delivery without any reasons.
Before any return, you must imperatively contact us on contact page.
The items either will be refunded within 7 days (less post costs) or exchanged in the measure of the available supplies. The items must be returned in their original packaging with all their instructions and unwashed.
Each product is thoroughly controlled before each sending but there can be defected articles; in this case, you would be completely refunded or in the measure of the available supplies the item could be exchanged.
